SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for choosing Alien Studios! We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an automated email with tracking information the moment your shipping label is generated.
SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES
UNITED STATES (Domestic) All U.S. orders are shipped domestically from our Brooklyn, NY location.
- Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): Calculated at checkout (approx. 3–5 business days).
- Express (USPS Priority Mail): Calculated at checkout (approx. 1–3 business days).
JAMAICA (Local) All Jamaica orders are fulfilled from our Kingston location via TARA Courier.
- Island-wide Delivery: $10.00 USD
- Estimated Transit: 1–3 business days once processed.
DUTIES AND TAXES
- U.S. & Jamaica Orders: Because we ship from local hubs in both Brooklyn and Kingston, these orders are domestic. You will not be charged import duties or customs fees.
- Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax (US) or GCT (Jamaica) will be calculated at checkout in accordance with local laws.
LOST, STOLEN, OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping information is 100% accurate at checkout. Alien Studios is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information.
- Delivered Status: Once a carrier (USPS or TARA) marks an order as “Delivered,” we cannot assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. However, we are happy to assist you in opening a claim with the carrier to help locate your items.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dropped off at the post office or courier, transit times are outside of our control. You can track your package's journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
