Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love what you ordered, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. The Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Certain items are ineligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons:- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

- Wait for Approval: We will review your request and send you instructions on where and how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.- Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
7. Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
